Who are your products for?
Children, teens and adults. We tailor themes and activity difficulty to the recipient.
How do I order?
Choose your product, tell us how you’d like it personalised, and send your order request. We’ll confirm the final price and timeline before payment.
How long does a custom order take?
Standard turnaround is 7 business days. A 3-day rush service costs an additional J$1,500 and depends on availability. Your timeline is confirmed with your order.
Can I see the design before printing?
Yes. We send a digital proof so you can check names, spelling and the overall design. Your order includes one round of edits, due within 24 hours. Once approved, we print and bind.
What payment is required?
A 50% deposit confirms your order. Online orders are paid by bank transfer. Cash or card is accepted for in-person orders or collections at events. Full payment is required before release or delivery.
Do you deliver outside Kingston?
We serve customers across Jamaica. Tell us your parish when ordering and we’ll confirm available delivery options and the cost. Custom books are currently available in Jamaica only; our Amazon titles are available internationally.
Can I request a particular theme?
Absolutely—tell us about the colours, interests or theme you have in mind. We’ll confirm what we can create when reviewing your request.
What is your cancellation policy?
Deposits are refundable only if work has not started. Once production begins, or 24 hours after order confirmation, whichever comes first, deposits are non-refundable. A processing fee may apply to cancellations before production. Changes after confirmation may cost extra.
