Complete the order form with your details (name, age, theme, page count, any add-ons). We review it, confirm pricing and timeline, then proceed once payment is confirmed.

The standard turnaround time is 7 business days. Rush orders (3 days) are available at an additional cost, depending on available slots.

Yes. We share a digital proof so you can confirm spelling, names, and overall direction. Once approved, we print and bind.

A 50% deposit is required to confirm your order. Online orders are paid by bank transfer. For in-person orders/collections (e.g., trade shows or pop-up shops), we accept cash or card.

Your order is confirmed and we’ll send a design mock-up for approval. You get one round of edits, due within 24 hours, then we proceed to print.

We’ll also message your order summary, timeline, and invoice—changes after confirmation may cost extra.

Deposits are refundable only if work hasn’t started. Once production begins, or 24 hours after your order is confirmed (whichever comes first), deposits become non-refundable.

If you cancel before production starts, a processing fee may apply. Full payment is required before any finished books are released or delivered.
